One thing to note: if you go from a D7200 (DX), to a Z6iii or Z8 (FX), you will lose 300mm of reach, which might be more of an effect than you're prepared to accept. Z6 III or Z8? I’m tired of staring at spec sheets and my bank account.
It’s not a shame, a Z6III with higher MP is essentially a Z7III, which is basically a Z8. I think Nikon will release a Z8II and a Z7III after (or at the same time)
