Z5II, Z6III or Z7II
I would go Z6iii. Yea the 5ii is a very good value, but the 6iii has a better viewfinder, battery life, the little info window on top which I’ve found mandatory for my cameras, higher shutter speed. Etc. check it out here: https://photographylife.com/comparison/nikon-z5-ii-vs-nikon-z6-iii

Mirrorless equivalent of D7500?
People are going to say Z50ii, but it's a side-grade. You're going to get similar image quality and AF performance in a smaller body with better video, but the end result is the same. Sometimes a slightly smaller package is all it takes to encourage you to use your camera more, but you're pretty muc

Help me decide between Z5II and Z6III please
The real-life difference between Zf and Z6iii is negligible. The Z6iii has a 180* shutter setting so you don’t have to mess with adjusting your SS every time you flick in and out of video mode. CF-B are also super fast. You haven’t really mentioned what the new lenses might do for you that your curr

Nikon Z70
Thats interesting. So you are saying the APS-C market is shrinking ? I think saying that people who buy crop bodies want to pay less is true, but still nikon released a crop Body which is actually almost 1000€ and in the past they released much cheaper crop lineups (d3000s and d5000s) Yeah i get you

Back to a DSLR after 15 years and couldn't be happier already.
I’ve owned that one camera since 2015 and still love it. I started buying refurbished lightweight primes from Nikon last year so I could stop carrying the heavy zooms and am very happy carrying less. I bought my son a Z6 III. He let me borrow it for a few days and it just didn’t inspire. I have also

London Street photography. Shot on a Nikon z50 II + NIKKOR 16 - 50mm f2.8
That’s kinda what I already said. If Nikon could sell this lens for under £500, and hadn’t launched the Z5ii at such a cheap price, the Z50ii and this lens would be an astonishing crop sensor combo. As it is, the only advantage is size…

Nikon Z70
I don’t see how it makes sense. The Z5II regularly trades far too close to that niche. (It’s $1,599 right now.) There is no big budget DX market today, except for Fuji. Every one of those buyers in Nikon has a Z8 or Z9.

Nikon Z5 II - Focusing Problem on Stars
I learnt that Z8 includes the possibility to zoom on the Live View screen in shooting mode using two fingers. On Z5 II, it is only active in vizualisation (after the shoot). Sad that Z5 II and probably others have not included it in Live view (but Nikon has to justify the much higer price of Z8 with
