Q1: If you're just looking at lens resolution, this should be a fairly objective question you can look up. Q2: The D600, D610, D750, Z5 all use the Sony IMX128 sensor The D780, Z6, Z6ii, Z5ii, ZF all use the Sony IMX410 sensor The IMX128 is a slower, single-gain sensor, where the maximum DR (at full

I'm in the return period for an X-T5 and am very strongly debating a used ZF or new Z5II. I work in the music industry, and know a lot of professional photographers, and they all shoot full frame. If you're shooting in concert settings, full frame's low light capabilities are a big benefit over APS-

So, I have the Z30 + 2 lens kit you mentioned (same sensor, slower processor than the Z50II), and the Zf (effectively the same as the Z5II with retro styling), though I bought the 24-120 instead of the 24-70. In my opinion the Z50II + 16-50 and 50-250 is an excellent combination of body and lenses,

I jumped from Fuji to Nikon about a year ago after shooting Fuji since the X-T2 was new. Some of it was due to dissatisfaction with the direction Fujifilm were taking, I didn’t enjoy the X-T5 as much as the XT-2 I’d upgraded from (I’d ran the T-2 into the ground) and realised I could get a full fram

I’m on the side that the Nikon Zf’s exposure control method is better than Fujifilm’s X-T series cameras. Fujifilm is geared towards a user that wants to have to turn dials every time, all the time. On the Zf, I like being able to sit in Aperture Priority until I need a specific shutter speed; in wh

If it’s dials and good JPEGs you want, also consider the Nikon Zf. You could easily adapt all your Sony glass to it and keep the full frame benefits (great at higher ISOs). That said, Fujis definitely have a vibe that can inspire you - but I doubt there’s any difference that’ll matter much to catchi

For me, I switched form the X-T4 to the Zf. The 2 things that made it worth it for me was the low light performance and that auto focus on the 35mm and 85mm/F1.8s It literally fixed my only complaint with my x-t4, but to be fair I still miss the option of trying out film simulations, but imaging clo

Just so you know, IBS does help with short video clips, but it won't be enough to keep the camera steady during longer filming. And it's not a replacement for a gimbal in any situation. The main difference between Zf and Z fc is that the former is full frame, the latter APS-C. Full frame gives a bit

The wider FOV of full frame does change things a good bit. I also never really thought about the practicality of IBIS until I got this body. I think my Z50II will continue to be a good walkaround buddy for its lighter weight and my existing DX lenses, but this Z5II is a beast in low-light. It’s pret

I think Nikon may fall a little behind Sony and Canon AF, but from what I understand, they are well ahead of Fuji AF. Most shots are focused well, and the recent full-frame Nikons focus quite well in lower light. Nikon gives really good value, though, and I like their picture profile options a lot m
