The reason you’re having issues is because Netgear’s recent firmware for their WiFi 7 products is awful, and it causes the issues you’re having with iOS devices. There’s nothing you can do to fix it. My Orbi 770 system cannot route traffic between the 5 and 6 GHz bands. Sometimes had issues between 2.4 and the other bands. And / or ethernet. That's probably what you're running into.
