The Orbi 770 doesn't have dedicated backhaul, it shares the 5 Ghz and 6 Ghz client bands. Only the 800 and 900 series have dedicated wifi backhaul bands. Edit: A mesh system is overkill for a 1000 sq ft home!

Well reddit just ate my response. The gist of it is, I've found that across 4 different manufacturers of wifi mesh systems including an orbi 770 (4 sats with beam forming) and 3 different mobile providers I had the same problem as you until I was no longer using the 5ghz mesh backhaul. Bad news is I
