Customer support is terrible and insulting
I just installed the Netgear Nighthawk WiFi 7 Tri-Band Router BE9300 (aka: RS300) 1st don't install it through the App like they suggest. I read that the App sucks and doesn't work to install the router anyway. THIS IS WHAT I DID: Unplug the (Power plug) and the (Ethernet cable) coming from your Mod
