I guess it really does depend on a number of factors. All properties are built differently. I have a Nighthawk RAX120 connected to my pc in my office. My ISP router is hard wired from the living room to this. I VR in the living room (3 walls away) using the dedicated VR WiFi. I get fantastic latency

Yeah I mean the modem I bridge to is the nighthawk RAX120. And was debating if I’d be better off just using that as my replacement for the rental. But I don’t know forsure if would run better or not
