You need to contact nectar and see if your mattress was recalled because from what I see they were using fiberglass before 2021

I used to sell mattresses. The Nectar reps told us to be sure to sell mattress protectors because the free ones won't really protect the mattress. We were also told that the free protector does not cover the 365 trial or forever warrranty.
