It's probably too late of a response, but I have one of their nicer mattresses and it is absolutely the worse mattress I've ever had. I firmly believe that the cheaper 'in a box" mattresses (nectar, purple, ghost, cloud) are just as good if not better for much cheaper.

Eh, between the long trial period and the warranty we decided to go for it. Don’t forget people are more likely to leave bad reviews than good ones — I’ve seen similar complaints about all the major mattress manufacturers. For the price I figure even if we get a few solid years out of it it’s money
