Terrible Mattress, Deep Sagging.
Noah here.. im really sorry to hear you went through that. but I’ve got to admit, what you’re describing doesn’t sound typical of our mattresses at all. I had a 15 year old nectar. It had some spots where the topmost fabric was fraying. Their warranty service provided me with a new mattress. I love nectar.

Never bought a mattress online before, considering Nectar....
I've had the Nectar classic for 6 years now. The one-year trial was a chief, initial reason why I tried the mattress in the first place but I never had cause to send it back either.

considering Nectar but need some questions answered
I have the Nectar classic queen mattress, so not specifically the same product you're eying, but I've had mine over 6 years now and it's still a great mattress. Foam mattresses can sleep hot so that took some getting used to for me since I always had a spring mattress previously. Some people do find

Any longevity issues?
I don't have the hybrid but I've had the Nectar classic since July 2020. I rotate the mattress according to the directions. I have not had any significant sagging issues personally.

We have the nectar luxe memory foam mattress and so far we love it! It’s held up really well so far. These are not flat board Twin XL box springs like we felt in the Ashley store; got delivered and they feel rigid but with gaps - I don’t know what it looks like inside and if it can properly support a fully memory foam mattress.
