You have 7 posts about how bad the Narwal Flow is. Can you just return it? It seems it’s not the right device for your home.

If the Z doesn’t support Matter, I’ll be really disappointed and lose respect for Narwal. It would feel like they’re neglecting recent products to push new ones, which makes me hesitant to invest in the Flow. But if they add Matter to even the X, I’d gain a lot of respect for them.

I think it’s a bug from the last update. I have 7 Narwal flows between my house and office and 3 of them are doing the same thing. 3 different ones are currently having problems with medium pile carpet saying the wheels can’t move. Yeah that makes sense. I've owned multiple roborocks, a mova, a eufy, a eureka, two narwals, and now have another eufy on order. I have no brand loyalty. I've never been paid to say anything about these companies. The flow has just been the biggest let down of any of the vacuums I've owned.

The thing that makes no sense is that the Narwal Flow 1 mopping rating is much higher but I believe they are essentially the same mechanism for that part.
