You have 7 posts about how bad the Narwal Flow is. Can you just return it? It seems it’s not the right device for your home.

If the Z doesn’t support Matter, I’ll be really disappointed and lose respect for Narwal. It would feel like they’re neglecting recent products to push new ones, which makes me hesitant to invest in the Flow. But if they add Matter to even the X, I’d gain a lot of respect for them.

Yeah that makes sense. I've owned multiple roborocks, a mova, a eufy, a eureka, two narwals, and now have another eufy on order. I have no brand loyalty. I've never been paid to say anything about these companies. The flow has just been the biggest let down of any of the vacuums I've owned.

I think it’s a bug from the last update. I have 7 Narwal flows between my house and office and 3 of them are doing the same thing. 3 different ones are currently having problems with medium pile carpet saying the wheels can’t move. I purchased a flow and it arrived broken… Customer Service said they would send me a brand new one and they sent me one that was clearly obviously used. I’ve opened a ticket with Narwal for the same or similar issue. It only does it on carpet. Before it worked just fine, but then started doing this mode and sometimes not lifting the front, but just complaining that the wheels are stuck even though they’re not. I've had my Flow since launch and just today observed stupid behavior. All this time since it has been great. Today, it was repeatedly crashing into the same corners and objects for 5-10 seconds, it crashed into a play kitchen (solid wood, no glass at robot height) for a good 3 minutes, only moving

Lo pulisco ogni due settimane e rimuovo i peli del cane e altri detriti. Mi chiedevo solo se anche altri pensano che sia inutile che il Narwal Flow tenga traccia dei giorni e suggerisca di sostituirlo.
