Yeah that makes sense. I've owned multiple roborocks, a mova, a eufy, a eureka, two narwals, and now have another eufy on order. I have no brand loyalty. I've never been paid to say anything about these companies. The flow has just been the biggest let down of any of the vacuums I've owned.

Flow 2 is not a Update, it’s a consumer scam. Shame on Narwal.

It’s comical how these companies lose us back and forth. I’ve had the S1 Pro since launch and the robot is unusable. Navigation is complete garbage. Eufy is losing me to Narwal for the Flow 2 immediately on early launch signup.

No, that’s not normal. My new Flow snores like a baby now. Don’t accept that. The support is helpful when you make clear that for the money you payed you deserve a perfectly working Narwal 🫶🏼
