Another Rant about the Narwal Flow

I purchased a flow and it arrived broken… Customer Service said they would send me a brand new one and they sent me one that was clearly obviously used. Marked up, discolored, scratched… You name it and they insisted it was new. Worst Customer Service ever… I had been looking forward to the flow so

Should I return Narwal flow 2 get another Flagship or keep it?!

Yeah my flow lasted long enough to get through the 3 month return period. I finally got Narwal to send me a replacement but I have a feeling it is just going to give issues again after a few months based on what I am seeing from other people. I regret not going with Saros, I have a feeling I will be

Flow 2 - Rattling when mopping

I asked the Narwal Support. I’m skeptical if their answer makes sense. Would be interesting if others have this clacking too. The answer from Narwal (translation from ChatGPT): We have thoroughly analyzed your video again together with our technical department (R&D). We can confirm that the noise yo

Narwal Flow 2 - Just a Dad

If you go back, Narwal actually called him on the phone to ask him to post a positive review on Amazon over I think the original Z10, which really annoyed him. Then a few months later, he had a really poor experience with Narwal customer service over the Flow 1 and all its launch issues, as did many

Narwal flow mop element broke in half

Has happened twice to me already. Only option Narwal gave me was to send the whole unit back. They said it could be 6-8 weeks before I’d get it back. I opted to just buy them myself. Pretty sure that’s what they planned all along. No one wants to wait 6-8 weeks to get it back, they know that. The is

Narwal Flow auto refill/drain

I just got a Flow 2 in April and the control box stopped working after 29 days. Narwal is sending a new one. May take my old one apart and see how it works. There has to be a better way to do it does. Customer service said it was a back flow preventer, but that doesn’t make any sense. In the mean ti

The Flow is good only to mop

I wouldn't buy it again. Mop is the only decent thing about it. My old freo-x is better coordinated, and it's the cheapest of their offerings if it's still even sold. The fact they released the flow 2 within a year should speak volumes regarding the idea the OG Flow was half baked and not fixable by

Mova V50 Carpets

My experience is just the opposite. I have medium to high pile carpets. I was using the Eufy Omni S1 Pro which is great at mopping but weak on carpets. None the less, the Eufy had no problem vacuuming the carpets, albeit with relatively poor pickup. Seeking an upgrade I tried the new Narwal Flow 2.
