What are you saying? That you don’t trust their warranty? Narwal typically includes a 1 year warranty so the current promotion on the Flow 2 is a step up.

Our Flow has a similar run time, main difference is that ours needs to mop daily. So I guess we should have slightly higher wear than yours. So far the only problem we had was with the one side brush with the extra long corner arm. That bit ripped off and Narwal sent us a free replacement brush.
