Two thoughts: If you're within 30 days (purchased in December), you can return the Flow for a refund. If you bought in November like I did, then the Flow 2 release date (April) is about 5 months after purchase. That's seems pretty much status quo in the robot vacuum world where they like to release

I agree with Jamie that Narwal needs to be very transparent with how the system is used and how the data is protected. They certainly can do a better job of that. But, the option is there to keep the pictures on the bot local; you just don't have the higher (theoretically unlimited) obstacle identif

I bought the Flow One with the water line connection, but it flooded multiple times, so I returned it. Narwal needs to figure out a better system for direct connect water lines. It was a great mopping/vacuum robot, and I was disappointed to send it back. This time, I got the Flow 2 without the water

It's not clear from the articles I've read. According to a Vacuum Wars article, "The track roller runs in reverse to create friction and uses 140°F water for mopping, an upgrade from the original Flow’s 113°F." But it's not clear if that includes onboard heating or if they just increased the dock he

Flow 2 is not a Update, it’s a consumer scam. Shame on Narwal.

A Narwal representative just told me that Amazon is responsible for fulfilling the free-accessory pack, and the three-year warranty would be fulfilled by a third-party company. The rep said I would receive an email from this third-party shortly after I get my new flow 2. It sure seems like narwhal i

I just got my flow 2, first narwal. Im comparing it to a saros 20 I also just got. I was commenting to myself on the design of the latch for the water tank, and how it seemed cheap and likely to not last as long as the roborock design. I think this was shipping damage, in your case.

We got ours in November and have a 1200sqft home. Flow 1 is used oned on vac and then mop for about 600sqft of the house. Our track mop guide did the same thing about 39-40 hours of use according to the device history in app. Dealing with support wasn’t difficult but it frustrating and extremely ine

so when i tried to add the flow 2 auto empty to my cart from the main page, it brought me to a shopify site and added the "basic dock" version, there was no way to add the plumbed in version. From the shopify site it brought me to, i clicked on the shopping bag icon in the top right hand corner whic

I didn’t notice any kind of shipping damage when I got it. The box was fine. I also don’t believe the original mop guide was ”broken” due to any kind of improper installation on my end. I also don’t think the it broken upon arrival because it worked great and was quiet for the first 3 months. I also
