Long answer, but I want to make sure I don’t miss anything you asked. 😅 Matter Support: yes. 👍🏻 I successfully added it to my Apple Home app via the Matter tab in the Narwal app. It was smooth. I was surprised by the amount of control it offered in Apple Home.

Not sure I agree with that. The newest gen of flagship robot vaca do a pretty good job of mopping. I couldn't be happier with my narwal flow 2.

Two thoughts: If you're within 30 days (purchased in December), you can return the Flow for a refund. If you bought in November like I did, then the Flow 2 release date (April) is about 5 months after purchase. That's seems pretty much status quo in the robot vacuum world where they like to release

if I could add one feature to the narwal flow 2 in white, I would simply just add a protective film on (like a screen protector) on the top of the robot so the pain doesn't get scratched when it goes under things like my projector stand and kitchen cabinetry. I have a scratch on my black one already

I’ve had so many robot vacuums from so many brands over the years (actually own 3 other ones besides the new Flow 2 presently). I’ll be posting a full review but for now I’ll say it’s the smartest

While I like my Narwal Flow 2 the software plain sucks. If I could merge the software of the Matic to my Flow 2 or merge the mopping Flow 2 to my Matic I would be in heaven.
