I bought the Flow One with the water line connection, but it flooded multiple times, so I returned it. Narwal needs to figure out a better system for direct connect water lines. I just got my flow 2, first narwal. Im comparing it to a saros 20 I also just got. I was commenting to myself on the design of the latch for the water tank, and how it seemed cheap and likely to not last as long as the roborock design. I think this was shipping damage, in your case.

I just dumped my 2 s1 pros from launch along with an x10 and did the same thing with a narwal flow 1 / 2 flow 2s.
