Narwal Flow 2 flooded my kitchen on first setup… missing internal water line

I bought the Flow One with the water line connection, but it flooded multiple times, so I returned it. Narwal needs to figure out a better system for direct connect water lines. It was a great mopping/vacuum robot, and I was disappointed to send it back. This time, I got the Flow 2 without the water

Narwal Flow 2 ausprobiert (deutsch)

Flow 2 -- Just updates in the margins or is it an upgrade?

I'd say it is still pretty important with vaccum followed by mopping as the vaccum on the first pass does not always get everything. In fact I hardly use that function for that very reason especially with spinning mops but I have cats that scatter cat litter. If heavy dirt I will use 2x passes with

Coming from the roomba line since the beginning, with

Rough start with the Flow 2

I just got my flow 2, first narwal. Im comparing it to a saros 20 I also just got. I was commenting to myself on the design of the latch for the water tank, and how it seemed cheap and likely to not last as long as the roborock design. I think this was shipping damage, in your case.

My Eufy S1 Pro died right after warranty… Asurion saved me (and I upgraded)

I just dumped my 2 s1 pros from launch along with an x10 and did the same thing with a narwal flow 1 / 2 flow 2s. I was very tired of the sub par performance that seemed to get worse over time with the s1. I feel as if the ozone also stopped working in both... And I had a ton of issues with the dirt
