I’m actually going to answer in reverse. Long answer, but I want to make sure I don’t miss anything you asked. 😅 Matter Support: yes. 👍🏻 I successfully added it to my Apple Home app via the Matter tab in the Narwal app. It was smooth. I was surprised by the amount of control it offered in Apple Home.

I bought the Flow One with the water line connection, but it flooded multiple times, so I returned it. Narwal needs to figure out a better system for direct connect water lines. It was a great mopping/vacuum robot, and I was disappointed to send it back. This time, I got the Flow 2 without the water

Side brush does not have an extending motorized arm. It uses the same type of hinged design as the Flow 1, where it runs in reverse in corners and reaches farther. It has still missed a few small particles in the tightest part of my kitchen corners, but it’s way better than my Eufy S1 Pro was with c

Long answer and I feel like I’m hijacking this thread. I don’t mean to. 🙈 since you asked… For me the big improvements going from the S1 Pro to the Flow 2 are: extending mop. It rides my baseboards very closely, even under my kitchen cabinets (maybe mine are slightly taller than OPs). The S1 Pro bod

It's not clear from the articles I've read. According to a Vacuum Wars article, "The track roller runs in reverse to create friction and uses 140°F water for mopping, an upgrade from the original Flow’s 113°F." But it's not clear if that includes onboard heating or if they just increased the dock he

I'm a beta tester. If I was in your position, it would be a very hard thing to balance. I've had the Flow 1 since August and still love it. There were issues, but Narwal have worked most of them out to the extent they could. The price on the Flow 1 is extremely attractive, and I know at that price y

Yep. I think a big factor here is the fact Narwal lets you set the direction of your hardwood grain/planks in the app and then the robot cleans in that direction. The Flow 2 that I’m testing seemed to accurately identify the direction itself, but it’s customizable in the app. Going with the grain in

Pleasantly surprised how well it performs in general actually. And I need to keep this in perspective: got this thing for $699 (current price on E website), not 12, $1500, which is the flagship price level you’d have to go to w some others to get comparable feature set. I’ve had so many bots over th

I’ve also had both. Returned the CurvX because it failed to wet the mop pads. Returning the 10r today for the same issue. My experience with the navigation has not been good either. Both have not avoided a single cable yet. Yesterday the 10R drove onto a kids book and mopped it (about an inch thick)

I'd say it is still pretty important with vaccum followed by mopping as the vaccum on the first pass does not always get everything. In fact I hardly use that function for that very reason especially with spinning mops but I have cats that scatter cat litter. If heavy dirt I will use 2x passes with
