Overall build is decent, but overpriced in a few places. 9600x and 9060xt are a good combo. No need for the 9070xt if you're sticking with those monitors. If you plan to upgrade to 1440p anytime soon then I'd consider the 9070 or up. Case is good, no more fans needed. PSU is a good choice. Here's wh

The Spatium M461 (and M470 Pro) use QLC flash, which has low durability and becomes noticeably slower after a few years. Get a better drive with TLC flash like the Patriot P400 Lite/VP4300 Lite. If you really need to get a drive from MSI, then the cheapest good one would be the M480 Pro or M560 (sam

I would spend less on the CPU and get a better GPU. The 9800X3D is, quite frankly, more than you need to keep any GPU busy right now, and pairing it with a 9070 is just overkill. A 7800X3D would be just fine, and was king of the gaming hill only a couple years ago. Even a 9700X is good. See this vid

The components below are what I think is probably the best deal right now. I didnt include the case, AIO, and fans because I think there are a lot of options that you need to explore and each of them will require some type of coordination between these three components to pull off the aesthetic that

You can bundle on MSI's Webstore and save money while getting better storage. Also these PSUs are nicer for less. CPU: The 9800X3D is the fastest CPU for gaming. However, it’s only about 8% faster than the 7800X3D at 1080p, if you want to save around $110. CPU COOLER: You don’t need liquid cooling for either the 9800X3D or 7800X3D, but a 360 cooler will look good in the case I chose. The Thermalright Aqua Elite

Kingspec NX-2280 is $119 at the moment. It's PCIe 3.0, but the difference is not noticeable in practice. The only other drives below $130 are the WD Green SN3000 and MSI Spatium M461; both use QLC flash. They might be suitable as secondary storage that is not written often.
