Xbox ally x $850 or legion go s $600

Depends on what you prefer...RAM won't make a difference really Legion GO S is comfortable but xbox ally x is a whole different level of comfortable...battery will be worse and legion go s fans are silly loud while the xbox ally ones you cannot hear at all while gaming... Screen size will be huge di

Which is the better handheld PC? - ROG Xbox Ally X vs MSI Claw 8 Al+ Owner Review

I have both, and both have their pros, and cons at the end of the day it comes down to your use case. Quick view: Msi claw 8ai: Pros: 8inch screen 1200p. Xess. Direct driver support. Speakers. Battery life. Cons: Ergos. 2230 ssd. Msi software sucks balls. Joystick tension very lose. No bazzite optio

Bought me a claw 8ai+ today - what games r a must play?

Witcher 3 on high settings at native resolution with XeSS is legit. Cyberpunk on high/ultra with XeSS at native resolution is pure sex RDR2 on high settings is a fantastic experience. Ive played these games myself and get 60 fps + easily. Pro tip - ill cap my frame rates at 30-40 fps and put it in A

What's the best handheld on the market that's not the Xbox Rog ally x?

Depends on your use case and what you prioritize in a handheld: Legion Go 2: 8.8" OLED VRR screen but expensive MSI Claw 8 AI+: Best power efficiency (aka battery life) due to Lunar Lake architecture, while still having Z2E equivalent performance GPD Win 5/OneX Apex: Expensive Strix Halo handhelds o

What’s everyone’s opinion on their new Xbox Ally a few hours later after using it?

Barely better than a rog ally X, and feels worse than msi claw 8 ai+, specially screen and battery. Performance wise, if you already have rog ally X or msi, there's no point in getting this one. If you dont have any pc handheld it's a good adquisition.

What are the top 3 best handhelds out right now?

I’d say MSI Claw 8ai+ is the best all rounder right now. 8 inch screen still smaller than LeGo 2, good battery size, good power with the intel chip. Only downside for me was the software and lack of support for bazzite/steamOS. A portable but more powerful option is the Onexfly F1 Pro. OLED screen i

Why I’m keeping the Steam Deck OLED over the Legion Go s z1e

I only sold my oled steam deck for my msi claw 8ai+ I do miss that oled screen but the claw solved all the issues you had with your legion go. Fan noise is barely noticeable it runs powerful games at a lower tdp I run CP2077 at 20w with little to no performance drops meaning better battery life I do

Got caught up in the hype. Defects and other available handhelds brought me back to reality

I plan to grab the MSI claw 8 AI+ when it hits BestBuy on 10/7. Still 8inch screen, so bigger than my Ally. And all the benchmarks point to a nice increase in performance. Battery is also bigger and more efficient using the intel chip. All at $350 cheaper than the LeGo2.

OK seriously bro, there is no other that can compete. If u look in my past posts u will see that I have had all the handhelds, the claw 8, xax, Lego S and BY FAR the go2 is the best. At 12gb vram it handles BO7 and BF 6 on med-high with 144hz smoothness W/o being plugged in!! 🤯 😶 no words, I can't

At 12gb vram it To be fair, last I checked the MSI claw 8ai+ allocated up to 16-18gb of Vram due to MSI's more generous dynamic memory allocation whereas I think Lenovo does more conservative 8-12gb levels. u look in my past posts u will see that I have had all the handhelds, the claw 8, xax, Lego S

New dad choosing a handheld Legion Go S or MSI Claw A8

Also a dad. Grabbed an MSI Claw 8 yesterday. It is fantastic. I was shocked at how good it felt and the weight isn’t bad at all. If the small price difference doesn’t bother you between the Go S and Claw A8, get the A8. Newer chip, stellar performance on low and high tdp’s, great great battery life.
