Yeah, MINISFORUM dropped the ball for part of the MS-A2. The original MS-A1 had an Oculink port that was NOT using any M.2 slots, although that is due to the fact it didn't have its own PCI-E port, so maybe it would be an OK tradeoff.

I'm looking at models like the MS-A1, it has oculink built in, but you lose thunderbolt, that's the tradeoff. And oculink wasn't really built for this purpose, like running external GPU cards in a dock.
