Something like the MINISFORUM Venus UM790 Pro is probably what you're leaning towards, but beware the longevity of those lower tier mini pcs are ass. Unless you want the one from ROG that's like $2000 then go for that but at that point just buy a full rig and stream it to the living room instead

One can find downloads & tutorials for the UM790 Pro by scrolling down on the "Elite Mini PCs product help page". Considering the number of issues I found with Minisforum mPCs, I would highly suggest verifying hardware stability OOTB before drivers, and especially, BIOS updates.
