The DF54 is a white label product. Could be ‘Turin,’ ‘MiiCoffee’ or ‘DF Grinders’ they’re all the same product from the same factory. Speaking as a former owner, steer clear of the Fellow Opus. It grinds well but has a significant retention problem requiring continuously cleaning up grounds, banging the machine and puffing the lid during grinding to get consistent dosing. If the df54 clogs once by accident. (For me because the lid was still on my blind shaker, causing it to back up into the chute. The declumper flap will often bend. To add to the clean the chute advice, I had the same issue and did the same clean etc only to have it immediately clog again. My issue appeared to be the declumper which is two pieces of plastic at the head of the chute that had been deformed. I took them off, placed them under some weighted coaster

No, I don't have v3 which is why I suspect they did something to the declumper. Even on mine, the ground doesn't collect that much near the needles but on top of the declumper. But it is dislodged very quickly with the bellows. 0.1g-0.2g retention A bit of researching specifically for DF54 declumper
