What's your opinion about Galaxy Book6 Series?

Last Samsung laptop I had was the Book2 Pro. Love its slick profile and lightness, but I had to upgrade the Microsoft Surface Laptop 7 mainly for the battery life and the haptic touchpad. With the release Book6 Pro, this might be the time I switch back. I'll wait for reviews for it as well as the ne

To those with the snapdragon laptops. Do you still find battery life to be an "advantage"?

NotebookCheck compared both "For Business" models with Intel's Lunar Lake and consumer models with Snapdragon X Elite and found that on the Surface Pro 11, the Intel config lasted similarly for web browsing but the Snapdragon config lasted an hour longer in video playback probably because they idled

Microsoft's crazy Surface price hikes are pushing me to Apple: I can no longer recommend Surface over a MacBook or iPad

I have the 15" Microsoft Surface Laptop 7 with Intel cpu and it is by far the worst laptop I have owned. The performance and battery life are the biggest dissapointments, the laptop never feels snappy and after 4 tot 5 hours I need to charge it again. Audio playback is insanely loud, even at 3% and

Are Snapdragon laptops a great competitor for Intel, Apple and AMD?

Assuming you're talking about this one, it's $300 more expensive than the baseline Neo. Not shocking that it'd perform better in most tests, especially since it's clearly put some of that budget towards a larger 50 wh battery. Edit: A better comparison would be the 13.8 in Surface Laptop and the M5

Looking for an extremely quiet (I’m autistic, fans really bother me) and relatively light laptop with good battery life. Will just be using it for college. Don’t want to buy a MacBook. Have €1200 to spend. Thanks

Windows Laptops need a complete revamp!!

Even my Lenovo Yoga tab plus with android offers a better experience than my Microsoft surface laptop 7. It runs everything butter smooth, battery lasts all day, its lightweight, it can even run Linux programs so I can do office work on it, write code, etc.

what to look for when buying a laptop for college? here's what i wish i knew before wasting $450

Yes you don’t need something too powerful for business school, literally half the people in my undergrad or current MBA program uses a MacBook. As long as your computer is reasonably powerful you will be alright, 16gb or more ram, modernish i5/ryzrn 5 or higher cpu, you don’t need a dedicated GPU, i

Is there a windows laptop comparable to macbooks ?

Microsoft Surface Laptop 7 with the Snapdragon X Elite chip is the closest you'll get in style, performance and battery life.
