I can speak to the Mayflash F500 Elite. It’s been my main shmup stick for about a year. And I have swapped out buttons and stick on occasion. But it’s great out of the box.

I had two and they both had the same issue with the soldering within like 3 months of using them. If you want one in the same price range that hasn't done anything like that for me in a year in a bit, the Mayflash f500 Flat has been working great. Just quite a bit thicker.

Mayflash sticks work and they've been working for a long time now. Hell, at this point the F500 has to be one of the longest-lived production sticks out there. It's hard to beat the price for something user-customizable, including removable plexi for art-swaps.

I say go for the Mayflash, it's actually pretty solid. It's got a good surface area while not being too large, and the hardware feels pretty good. Shipping has to be negotiated with the seller on ali express. Try reaching out to whoever is selling. With that being said, you should look into getting a mayflash f500 flat on shopee instead. I got one on discount and it's alot more durable than what haute42/cosmox offers.

While the aesthetics look nice, the build quality is terrible. Mine and a friend's usb port within a month of buying it. I have both booter-s, booter-x, magic boots Xbox one, magic boots s V3/4 and have no issues on Haute42 C16-S and mayflash F500 controllers, as long as the fight stick firmware is up to date..

Opposed to the regular recommendations here. Stay away from haute42. Their build quality is hit or miss. You could get one solidly built or you could get one that'll last for a week before something breaks. They're cheap for a reason. I would go for a mayflash f500 flat or an 8bitdo. Those are from
