The Specialita has been a faithful workhorse for the past five years, but I got lazy and wanted to try a GBW grinder. I was torn between the E64 WS and the Atom W65, but the possibility of being able to switch to SSP burrs made me choose the Mahlkönig in the end. Then the next big question came up.

Soooooo…. I literally JUST got this. The newest models from Mahlkonig - grind by weight, home grinder. E64 WS. 😇😇😇😇 Absolutely beast of a machine. Still needs time to get the software up to date etc. it’s only a 3 or so weeks old. I absolutely love it.

The Fiorenzato allground sense and mahlkonig e64 WS both fit within your budget and are great grinders. The allground has a dial which make it quite easy to switch between pour over or espresso
