I just purchased a mahlkonig e64 ws and have used it for a couple of week and I'm loving it. This grind by weight grinder can tweak your grind size based on your extraction time. I haven't had issues except the grinds are really fluffy, which they now include a metal flapper to fix.

Mahlkonig E64 WS grind by weight home grinder. I have the Timemore Sculptor 078s. Hear me out, buy it used…. It would already have been seasoned. Buying it new is not great because it takes FOREVER to season. Also, I don’t like the stepless dial. I bought a magnetic pointer for it in the end.

If i am not mistaken, LM scale doesn’t support grind-by-sync for Pico so the grind size won’t be micro-adjusted. On that front, e64 WS paired with Mahlkonig sync scale pretty much make the “grind-by-sync” available for any espresso machines. I think that’s a game changer
