Soooooo…. I literally JUST got this. The newest models from Mahlkonig - grind by weight, home grinder. E64 WS. 😇😇😇😇 Absolutely beast of a machine. Still needs time to get the software up to date etc. it’s only a 3 or so weeks old. I absolutely love it.

Your first mistake is insisting on conical burrs, you can get flat burrs that could give you the flavor profile you are looking for.
