Expensive but Chanel has gorgeous lipsticks. For budget, I second MAC recommendation. Ruby Woo and Velvet Teddy are such gorgeous classics. I also had a Merit lipstick a while ago that was pretty good

ive tried quite a few of these and almost all of the ones ive tried looked absolutely awful on me except cool teddy 😵‍💫 modesty was way too light and pulled orange, merit baby looked almost blue on my lips, thanks it’s mac was similar to modesty, alone time makes me look kind of dead lmao, and velvet

i went into vicroads looking ORANGE for my picture and i look white as a ghost. i was also wearing velvet teddy from mac and my friend told me she liked my red lipstick in the picture. idk what they do to those pictures but its bad

mac maximal lipstick in velvet teddy! It’s an amazing “my lips but better” shade for me with a lip liner

I’m warm toned but fair (if that makes any sense). I like MAC’s Warm Teddy and Taupe when I was a bit tan. But now that I’m fairer, Mac Velvet Teddy looks better on me. :)

Just to follow up, Ulta didn’t have thanks it’s MAC but they had Velvet Teddy. In person it’s very pretty. On it looks like blush not bronzer and has a warm rosy look like the pics on Mac’s site. I did notice that on the website they have shades for cool olives but they didn’t have in Ulta. Now I th

MAC Velvet teddy works on me, very natural. You can apply gloss on top of it to create that shiny effect. Or try MAC Cafe Mocha, it’s pink tone, it looks somewhat similar to your photo, just need to add gloss.

try a deeper nude lip like MAC Velvet Teddy, and with a fingertip you can smudge it along your under-eye and over lid /contour for added sultryness. A deep nude eyeshadow paired with smudged brown eyeliner is a gentle daytime sultry look.

I have what’s called a Light and delicate olive undertone. My daily foundation is MAC NC20. My lips natural colour usually turns colour into mauve so anything muted would suit me. My line up is MAC Velvet Teddy, Whirl, Marrakesh and Taupe. I haven’t ventured with other brands but I think Charlotte T
