My best friend gave me a compliment the other week and I can't stop thinking about it.
So I (32m) was joking around with my friend (31f) in taxi on the way to a pub for her birthday and we were talking about my new fitness tracker watch. I told her that my resting heart rate is below 55 and she told me that "It makes sense because you are very calm. Its why I like hanging out with y

YA'LL. I am such a disaster lesbian, I swear to god 😭😭😭😭
There's this girl I like and we work in stores next to each other. Sometimes I go to her store to say hi, sometimes she comes to mine.
I have a fitbit/fitness tracker watch (tracks my heart rate) and the other day I was literally just sitting in the office, minding my own business at work with my

Fitness tracker watch that isn't a smartphone
Anyone know of a good fitness tracker watch with an app, but isn't a smartphone? Ideally, I am looking for something with an array of fitness tracking capabilities, but don't want my calls, messages, tons of apps, etc. on my wrist. I tried that with the Apple Watch 10 and frankly, it drove me crazy.

I have very "thin" eyelids.
The wife and I have always slept with a small 5 watt light on in the bedroom to help us avoid tripping over the dogs when we get up in the middle of the night to pee.
I've realized that just that amount of light "pollution" is noticible EVENWHEN MY EYES ARE SHUT!
I've had the wife turn it on and

New to Noom
Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a 37 year old mother of 2 sitting at 213.6 lbs (5ft 6 inches tall), was 216 on the day I started Noom, today is day 3. I've always been pretty apathetic about my weight and at least part of it is probably depression. I am bad to snack a lot, usually due to boredo

Resisted the temptation to overeat by playing outside with the kids on 24th and 25th
Some of you may be in a similar boat as me. Extended family (cousins, grandparents, parents, nieces, nephews, etc) gets together for Christmas, eats a heavy meal, sits on the couch/furniture having conversation and gift exchange. A totally sedentary and gluttonous day. Not to mention the dessert tab

Does a ‘Fitbit Inspire 2’ have a “Sitting Intervention” feature where it reminds you to walk/stand when you’ve been sitting for a certain period of time?
If so, how do you activate / adjust that feature?
I mostly care about this feature and the heart rate monitoring feature. So please suggest me an affordable fitness tracker watch that performs these two things reliably.
Link to the product I’m referring to.

My In-Depth Review of the IP68 Smart Watch from Csasan – Bad Reviewers
Last month, my old fitness tracker died after a pool workout—so I needed a truly waterproof replacement. The IP68 Smart Watch from Csasan caught my eye as a top-rated, budget-friendly option promising full submersion protection. I decided to test it through everything from daily showers to actual sw

Smart scale or basic scale? Fitness tracker watch recommendations please
I have a 30 yr old Sunbeam scale that works fine….. I think. It’s never the same as the Dr. scale, but I also don’t strip down at the Dr.’s office. I was debating getting a new scale just to update. I’ve seen a lot of scales that give tons of information besides just weight. Do you all use the smart

Fitness Tracker Watches? Fitbit, Garmin, Etc?
Hi everyone! I'm trying to get back into fitness for the third time, but focusing more on my health than anything. I have been using an old fitbit blaze I got for christmas a few years ago and so far so good. I love the app! It has just about everything I care to track in a user-friendly interface.
