The LG 27GX790A-B doesn't even have DP 2.1 UHBR20 it seems like it's only a UHBR10 port so you would only be able to get like 290 Hz at 1440p 10bit, not the full 480 Hz without DSC You can't even disable DSC on this monitor anyways

Do you still get stuttering? Also did you go in Nvidia app and force preset M correct? otherwise by default the dlss quality uses preset K. yeah what size screen we talking about here? at that distance on all my monitors can see the individual pixels on the screen LOL.
