Look up the LG 27GX704A-B. With coupons (10% if you ask chat on LG) and cash back from TopCashBack (15%) you can get it for 382$ down from $500 if you’re in the US. It’s the same panel as the 3rd gen W-OLED with what’s believed to be the 0% haze coating vs the 3% haze on the Rog

I just bought that LG 27GX704A-B monitor and im loving it so far. My only complaint are the Micro scratches it keeps getting because of the glossy screen. You can only see it when you shine a light at your monitor, otherwise it doesnt affect anything. I also got lucky and mine didnt come with barely

Was stuck in research hell for about 2 weeks. Tried a QD OLED then a mini led. Now I'm on a glossy OLED. Gotta recommend the glossy, it is absolutely stunning. Lg 27GX704A-B

That's a lie. LG UltraGear 27GX704A-B is a 3rd gen woled, the gigabyte is 4th gen woled. 3rd gen is less bright, less colour volume, more problems(except grey banding), they are not even remotely close in picture quality you are getting, especially in HDR. Also, LG is matte coating, this gigabyte is

I’d recommend the LG UltraGear 27GX704A. QD-OLED has better color saturation than WOLED, but it tends to have lower perceived brightness in full-screen scenes. Also, one of QD-OLED’s biggest downsides is that even a small amount of ambient light hitting the screen can cause its perfect OLED blacks t

I have used the LG 27gx704A-B for a couple of days now, and I can’t recommend it enough. You didn’t say what resolution you were looking for, but this is 1440p @240hz. It’s a glossy Woled. Colors are amazing and blacks are black. My room is pretty bright and I still don’t really get reflections on m

The LG 27GX704A-B is glossy, but not as nice as the TrueBlack glossy on the XG27AQWMG. Could also spring for the slightly cheaper 27GX700A-B which uses the same panel as the XG27AQWMG but is a semi-matte. Since the Tandem WOLED panels have been out for a bit, from my perspective it seems like it was

I assume you already have the necessary budget, especially if you are an AAA game dev: 1. MSI MPG 274URDFW E16M (4k IPS mini LED) 2. Wait for LG 27GM950B (5k IPS mini LED) You enable the dimming lights and HDR when you game and turn them off when you work. // LE: If you insist on QHD OLED, then I su

Yeah I agree, that's why I don't go to the OLED_GAMING subreddit because they just glaze over OLEDs. Like OMG MY LIFE IS CHANGED LOOK AT THE COLORS, but don't pay attention to any of the downsides. By the way, have you tested the LG 27GX704a-b? That's the next one I'm thinking of testing lol. Going
