3k budget need everything

MSI X870E Tomahawk motherboard, Sapphire Pulse 9070 xt, 7800x3D CPU, Thermalright Phantom Spirit or comparable cooler, Phanteks Ultra Pro as Case, 2TB Kioxia Exeria Plus G3 SSD, Enermax Revolution III 1000W PSU.
