No, they start at 300$ and it depends on your use case. I own LG 27G850A-B, which I paid 500€, for both gaming and office work (240 Hz). If you want to use it mostly for office work, Dell S2725QS is the best choice (120 Hz).

Rate my list and say what level it’s on!
As I said I would not suggest 4k - it's so demanding you will have to upgrade your system very often to keep up, or at the very least heavily rely on DLSS and frame gen on more demanding games.
