Get the Lexar NM620. TLC flash is good; QLC flash has low durability and becomes noticeably slower after a few years. If possible, get a drive with TLC. The Lexar NM620 uses TLC. The GM7 might use TLC or QLC. According to https://x.com/ex_royalNEET/status/1902010244999589923, the Six X7400 uses QLC.

The NV3 often uses QLC flash, which has low durability and becomes noticeably slower after a few years. Get a better drive with TLC flash like the Patriot P320, Lexar NM620, or WD Red SN700.

The S690Q uses QLC flash, which has low durability and becomes noticeably slower after a few years, so it should not be used as the OS drive. Get a better drive with TLC flash like the Lexar NM620, WD Blue SN5000, Adata Legend 900 Pro, or TeamGroup G50.

Should this be a Good build for Gaming?
Well, perhaps I should swap for a Lexar NM620 SSD 1TB PCIe Gen3 NVMe M.2 or WD Blue SN5100 1TB , 7100MB/s M.2 NVME , PCIe 4.0 They do seem better than WD green speed-wise

Good For 4K Gaming?
The lower speed of external drives might be measurable, but is probably not noticeable in games. An NVMe drive is much faster than SATA at a better price. Consider the Patriot P310, WD Blue SN580, or Lexar NM620 (all 1 TB, on Amazon).
