Ok so it is a fool’s errand; I’ve had people tell me that my Yoga 9i would be more than enough. They talking out of their asses?

I have the Yoga 9i one and when I updated the kernel it stopped booting as well. When I dug through the logs I saw some issues about GDM being unable to load. Let's raise awareness about this issue.

You made a good purchase honestly — the Zephyrus G16 is a great machine. But since you're asking, let me give you the honest comparison. Your thermal concern is the most valid part of this whole question. The Zephyrus is thinner than the Legions which means less room for cooling. For quick gaming se

Whatever bro. I don’t know what luck has to do with RAM being soldered on a lot of boards now. EVERY single one of the top ultra-portable Windows laptops on the Tom’s Hardware list of top laptops in the category has NO user-upgradable RAM, the Dell XPS 14, HP Omnibook Ultra, Surface Pro, Lenovo X1 C

So your statement doesn't actually address the fu

It matches my experience with the Yoga Pro 9i as well. On paper, its specs are almost identical to the Zephyrus G16—same CPU and similar battery capacity. However, on the Zephyrus I can reliably push the battery to around 7–8 hours with optimized G-Helper settings. On the Yoga Pro, it feels like a d

I have the first gen yogabook 9i and can’t imagine going back to a single display device. Mine is underpowered and I’m looking to correct that. Since Lenovo has not said a word regarding an update for 2026 that would either be a 388H or Snapdragon X2 Elite Extreme with 32 to preferably 64/128gb ram,
