That is P53 on the table. Look at the cooling in the center. I dismantled both many times and they are designed vastly different from the component placing point of view. They have the same TDP (45 W, i7-3720QM and xeon e-2276m). But somehow the xeon instantly rushes to turbo mode on Windows, while
