sorry, missed the 14" oled touchscreen requirement, its a pretty big hangup. New Thinkpad P1 Gen 8 & T1g Gen 8 PSREF!
I have p1 gen7. It's definitely not silent even without gaming. And I'm super frustrated that Lenovo docker station 4 doesn't recognize Lenovo monitor after hibernate so I have to disconnected and connected doc station every time.
