My E14 Gen 6 after almost a year
From Gen 5 forward, you get - 16:10 display, and noticeably improved build quality. AMD models are particularly powerful, but even G5 uses Intel 13th Gen chipsets, with capable Iris Xe Graphics when run with dual channel RAM. G5 8GB + 1 open RAM slot (40GB max), G6/G7 2 open RAM slots (64GB max). Al

backmarket e14 gen 5 for 300?
E14 Gen 5 is a good value upgrade-able machine, however I'd hesitate with an i3-1315U, which isn't very powerful, and restricted to weaker UHD graphics. Supports two internal NVMe drives, just note they need to be the smaller M.2 2242 type. Depending on RAM installed, it upg

E14 Gen 5 i5-1335u in 2025?
AMD chipset has a slight advantage, see benchmarks here. However they differ in more than chipset. The AMD Ryzen 5 7530U chipset is also refresh of an older 5000 series, so isn't as substantial an upgrade as it might have been. Intel - Main NVMe faster PCIe Gen 4x4, AMD PCIe Gen 3x4. Intel 8GB or 16
