If you want Windows, look at the Acer Aspire 16, or Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5, they are both under a grand.

If you want a touchscreen then the IdeaPad Slim 5 2 in 1. Other than that, you can look at the Slim 5 with 8845HS or the AI 7 350 AI 7 350 has slightly higher CPU performance and better battery life 8845HS has a slightly better GPU and is cheaper.
