Like others say you'll need phono stage and an amp. You could go with a stereo reciver like the Sony DH190 which has plenty of power and a phono section. I recommend the Klipsh RP 500 MK II speakers. Klipsch RP-500M and RP-600M seem popular here, but there are mixed opinions. Audiophiles mostly against. They’re a good size for small and medium rooms, but they’re sort of forward and punchy. It’s like midrange down, bass and treble up.
