Need help building a gaming PC (first build) after all my life in consoles.

First pc build
The US75 uses QLC flash, which has low durability and becomes noticeably slower after a few years. A better drive with TLC flash would be, e.g., the FanXiang S880, Klevv CRAS C925G, WD Blue SN5000, or Kioxia Exceria Plus G4.

The NV2 and P310 use QLC flash, which has low durability and becomes noticeably slower after a few years. Get a better drive with TLC flash like the Klevv CRAS C925G or Patriot P400 Lite.
