I would get that Kioxia SSD, based on TPU, https://www.techpowerup.com/ssd-specs/kioxia-exceria-plus-g3-2-tb.d1923: TLC NAND. DRAMless. While PCIE 4.0, the controller is pretty mid.

The NV3 often uses QLC flash, which has low durability and becomes noticeably slower after a few years. Get a better drive with TLC flash like the WD Blue SN5000 or Kioxia Exceria Plus G3/Plus G4.

The RAM must be DDR4 and SODIMM. It will work. The P310 will work. But it uses QLC flash, which has low durability and becomes noticeably slower after a few years. Get a better Gen3 drive with TLC flash like the Kioxia Exceria G2 or TeamGroup MP33, or a Gen4 drive like the Kioxia Exceria Plus G3, WD
