The Kinu M47 series is very well-regarded for espresso. They also sell a replacement burr designed specifically for pour over if you end up going that route. I have the M47 Classic and really like it. That said, hand grinding for espresso is quite a workout. Make sure it’s something you’re up for.

FWIW, I opted for a dedicated hand grinder for pour over (Kinu M47 Classic). I wouldn’t consider hand grinding for espresso, but the results have been great and the workflow is nice (and quiet!) in the morning.

I currently use a Flair 58+2 lever machine, and a Kinu M47 Classic hand grinder. But as capable as the Kinu grinder is.... I'm sick of hand grinding and next week will buy a WPM ZP1 electric grinder. The WPM grinder is around 1.7 k AUD new and a new Flair 58+2 around 1.2 k. Can't wait to get the new
