I prefer SSDs with DRAM cache, as Kingston KC600, Crucial MX500 (discontinued), and Samsung EVO 870 (expensive) Sadly, it is increasingly difficult to find SATA SSD units with cache memory

Intel/AMD depends on the application; AMD definitely is better in games. Intel tends to have lower idle power consumptions (but eats more when fully loaded). The RAM is part of the bundle; a smaller bundle with 16 GB would also give you a weaker CPU. If you plan to get a GPU later, it can make sense

O gargalo tá no HD, como não tem slot livre você pode trocar ele por um SSD Sata 2.5". Para SSD sata recomendo comprar com DRAM (recomendo: Samsung evo 870 e Kingston KC600). Com 4GB de ram vai ter que usar recurso de compressão de mémoria (ZRAM ou ZSWAP). Recomendo ZSWAP pois ela trabalha junto SWA

Would an Apacer AS350X SSD 512GB be good for running Windows 11 and light gaming?
There are worse SATA drives, but for running the OS, I'd rather recommend a drive with DRAM cache, e.g., WD Red SA500, Transcend SSD230S, Adata SU800, Kingston KC600, or Samsung 870 EVO.
