Judging from the specs I wouldn't have much hope for using it for non-pressurized espresso. If you have a cheap espresso machine that brews pressurized, it might be OK. The usual recommendation in this sub for a $100 grinder is Kingrinder K6. K2 if your budget is really tight.

K6 has external adjustment dial with a mechanical flag that tells you how many rotations have been made. Not that you asked me, but the only way I think you can stick with the hand grinder is to get a drill, if yours would somehow hook up to a drill, otherwise, just get a better electric grinder. I think the DF64 is decent for entry level. Yes, you can hook up a Kingrinder K6 manual grinder to a drill.
