Split keyboard w/ no wireless connectivity?
Ergodox, moonlander, kinesis advantage 2/360. All of them are wired or have a wired only option. They are also programmable which might be another security issue you have to work around for your work. I can’t use any of my split keebs at work because of that.

Simple remap idea for vim users
I use one of the thumb keys for the layer switching. I have the default QWERTY layout almost intact, I've only remaped the four arrow keys and some of the thumb keys.
