I wish they were making this older Kinesis Advantage 2 but with a usb-c port (and/or bluethooth).

Ergodox, moonlander, kinesis advantage 2/360. All of them are wired or have a wired only option. They are also programmable which might be another security issue you have to work around for your work. I can’t use any of my split keebs at work because of that.

I want this keyboard very badly! My ergo journey: Generic staggered split w membrane switches on a single board and a bigass enter with PS2 connector. I used the hell out of this one until it finally gave up the ghost. Kinesis Advantage 2. Could never get used to the keywells. Mistell Borroco MD600.

I got a triple pedal for kinesis advantage2 and I ended up never using it at all. I just couldn't figure out anything that would be faster to do with a pedal than a shortcut

I am switching the brown switches of my kinesis advantage 2 with Kailh pinks after daily driving the S360 for around a year. When you get use to the pinks to browns feel really heavy.

Is an official kinesis 360 pbt keycaps set. In amazon you just search for kinesis 360 PBT blank keycaps, the nice thing is that it works perfectly also for the kinesis advantage 2, they fit easily on the KA2 switches. But as I said, in kA2 the thumb cluster when pulling out the keys, one has to be r

Thanks, I'll check it out. I think the Kinesis Advantage 2 is too big, hahaha.

For me, moving to ortho wasn't an issue at all. It took few days of practice and that is it. I used https://www.keybr.com/ and https://typ.ing for the practice. Before I moved to split, I tried Alice layout, and also a used Kinesis Advantage2. When using Alice, I always wished to have my fingers mov

I'd honestly skip the fully split keyboards if you're worried about adjustment time slowing down your work, especially coming from an Advantage2 where the layout is so different from anything else. I went with the Logitech Ergo K860 because it's split but still one piece so there's basically no lear
