I will say that there are also plenty of people that have not had any bad experiences. In the last year I have ordered a K5 Max and a V6 Max (orders were a few months apart). I use both of them daily and I have not had a single issue. Like I have seen on here i order them via Amazon to avoid having

Are you sure it is the switches? Have you done controlled experiments? For example, does a suspect switch still fail if inserted back in (in a different location)? Reseat before exchanging. Related: Keychron 2024 design and production quality issues with keychattering and missed keystrokes Keychron

The Max boards generally have decent connectivity IME. I've tested the K15 Max, which is an Alice layout, 75% version of the K5, and it was super stable and easy to connect Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz. Never had any dropped signal, and never had any issues connecting to a host, which is, shockingly, not a

I switched from a Keychron K5 Max to a Nuphy and haven’t looked back… the Keychron felt very cheap and plasticky and I had to make 2 warranty claims on it. I try ink their newer offerings are probably better, but I’m much happier here

I'm a low profile keyboard lover as well. With regards to the K7 Max, I would rather prefer the K3 Max since it has the function row which is super useful for me. Do consider if you want to wait for the K3 HE & K3 Ultra. It's launching soon according to Keychron. HE switches are better for gaming wh

There is a K5 Max. Though it may or may not be affected by the Keychron 2024 design and production quality issues with keychattering and missed keystrokes.

The K55 is a membrane keyboard so stay away from those. I think you might prefer a low profile keyboard. While i would not recommend Keychron normally since i have seen a fair amount of complaints about quality and people getting dead on arrival keyboards. They do have a few different fullsize low p

Mmmm... I'd buy a Keychron before some sketchy Redragon. Newer ones are fine but their older models are just... no. On the other hand, Keychron is also bad these days. I don't know if this is good or bad, but it's low profile, 100%, hotswap and QMK/VIA. https://www.keychron.com/products/keychron-k5-

The day before yesterday I unboxed the keyboard. The BT and USB modes work normally. The 2.4G mode wasn’t working. When switching to this mode, the keyboard didn’t react at all. The pairing LED didn’t blink (it should blink green), and the key backlight didn’t turn on. I already have a Keychron K5 PRO
