Are you sure it is the switches? Have you done controlled experiments? For example, does a suspect switch still fail if inserted back in (in a different location)? Reseat before exchanging. my criteria were: 96% or greater size UK ISO low profile of which the only option seemed to be keychron. went with the K5 Max and it's been lovely so far. looks like there are some compatible keycaps that would make it all black, but I haven't tried them.
